Reply to Gary's ridiculous posting

Gary, First of all, Pat S. was not ON the board, she was the complainant, You mention Marilyn jumping up immediately, which was not the case. Your friends Olga, Edwardo, and a few others were making all sorts of noise about this or that, whatever nonsense they said.
She complained about my taking too many pictures of her, well, As a photographer for a newspaper, I am taking photos of NEWS, AND as a public figure and chief subject of the story, guess what? It means I can and will take as many pictures as I deem necessary. You are in a public venue for the village and as such should expect no privacy in such a hearing/meeting or assembly. Don't like the limelight? Go back to Cypress Lakes and hide yourself behind your locked closed door.
As for the editor screaming...geez Gary, maybe you better turn down the hearing aids a bit, because she wasn't screaming. But of course it sure does dramatize your idiotic story.

Dorothy was allowed to control the hearing by dictating that she will make her (scripted) "statement" after the board had their say, She allowed no rebuttal to her statements, so I think it did not prove anything in her favor other than she knows how to manipulate and lie.

Get rid of the liars. Keep them out.

Dorothy lied, Olga lied. What more do you need to know? Dorothy continues to lie about where she lives. Why? Why Dorothy? Why do you insist to lie to the people of Century Village about your place of residence/domicile? Do you really care, or do you want to continue to rape the Reporter at your leisure? You and your buddy Olga are made for each other. She lies about what people say, or don't say. The voice in head tell her that someone says something and she truly believes it... And in a trick worthy of a Vegas strip mall, she can convince mindless followers that they heard the same voices in her head.
This is NOT the type of people the village need in office. Intelligent people see right through their ruse. Lets just hope the people of the village will not do something they will completely regret for the next two years.

Recently the following was written in that other blog. The blog of lies and deceit. Believe me when I say that joining the angels would not have been where I would have sent her had I said that lie. Olga is a LIAR. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

She is trying to turn the tables as it WAS SHE WHO WISHED ME DEAD. THAT YELLED OUT "YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED IN THE WAR!" THAT IS A FACT! 

WHAT SHE SAYS SHE HEARD was a delusion. One of the voices in her head. As for the four people that supposedly heard that, let them come forth and say it publicly. Or were they also hearing voices? Most likely. (OLGA's)

The person sitting right NEXT to me says it is a LIE! LISTEN TO TO VIDEO...you can hear when I spoke out... had absolutely nothing to do with Olga's Delusion.

BOB RIVERA WANTS OLGA TO JOIN THE ANGELS.

At the recent Delegate Assembly, after I spoke and was walking back to my seat Mr. Bob Rivera shouted out “I hope she dies.”

 I guess Mr. Rivera is not familiar with the phrase, “IT”S NOT NICE TO FOOL MOTHER NATURE."

ewardo sounds like a little third grade bully that can't even be a bully right... he was probably an abused child. I think his little banter really is the way he s-s-s-stutters through life. But then If I had to wake up next to what he does, I'd not only stutter...I'd be armless from chewing it off. (that's called coyote ugly there boss).

As for Olga banning me AGAIN for the third time... DUH. I never heard you UNban me the first or second time. admit it Olga, you just don't have the capacity to talk. You are nothing but an overgrown, outdated, asinine jerk that cries if she doesn't get her way. I predict a lot of crying for you over the next few years. Is this the truth? or is it a partial truth? or is it a down and out lie?
Edwardo says about Dorothy Tetro:
"She owned two properties in Century Village, sold one of them, and she also owns property in Cypress Lakes."

Did she own two properties? maybe...just maybe not at the same time. Maybe one was her (cough) loverboys place that he put her name on , then removed a month later, only to but back on again four months later. Edwardo Lies.

If this is true, then why isn't David Israel and Ed Black behind bars? Simple...if it were true, they would be in jail.  Edwardo LIES again.

Only difference is, you put a false name to yours, maybe anonymous wasn't as creative with a made up name to hide his or her identity, but it amounts to the same thing, even though just about any kindergartner could figure it out... We know why you don't want to come out of the closet... if you did, you'd lose that nice place, and the one here too... and then some. We know Dorothy doesn't... oh yeah, she may park her car at Oxford, but then she get a ride from her friend to her Cypress Lakes home. psssst....hey DOT....your car doesn't constitute being domiciled in the village, just means you have a parking spot... you gotta plant your toucus there for nine months of the year... this get funnier everytime...Hope you are paying for your friend's gas at least.

Running amok Chapter III

In the latest installment of Running Amok, we have an association that for the past year has had a board that did whatever it wanted, spent association money without ever even having a board meeting to approve of any of the things they did.
Now, the new seal has arrived, all keys are being held hostage by the Roger the dodger.
He placed a box into the laundry room on a wall, once again, without permission or board approval. Par for the course, he still thinks he is in charge.
A notice was placed on every door imploring the residents to tell the former board to stop their childish games and turn over what needs to be turned over in order to run out board without issue.
Rodger the dodger wants to make things as difficult as possible by acting like the village idiot.
He continues to make threats of bankrupting the association, and his "big changes are coming"
His attempts to hinder the functioning of the board shall be for naught.
We will prevail and survive our little problem. After all, there are now reasonable and intelligent people on the board now with only a couple of unreasonables. The reasonable will outvote the unreasonables until they see the light.

The Next Chapter of Association Running Amok

Well now we've had our annual meeting, Our illustrious (now former) President makes a speech about moving out and selling his place and gave a bunch of reasons that conflict with the others he has told around, but who cares...he turns everything over to his buddy, Roger the dodger. Point of order made, the Vice Pres. should be taking over the meeting, and she, as usual, turns it over to someone else. This time to Mr. Gallager. The treasury report commences and is interrupted by the dodger to lay out his plans to recover almost four thousand in legal fees. Money that was spent to send letters to myself and the former treasurer.
Money that was spent WITHOUT BOARD APPROVAL OR THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ASSOCIATION.
He makes his comments, shuffles a bunch of papers in his hand, gets up and proceeds to walk out while declaring himself president.
Seven people asked to be on the board, all seven are now on the board. of the previous board, four are gone, two (the two that were coerced to run) in homes, one moved, and one dropped out.
We have always elected officers following the annual meeting with the exception of last year, and now are told we have to post a board meeting before electing officers. It is posted. So and so doesn't want so and so in their home and vice versa. Meeting set for my home.
Time for the meeting, and we ask a guest to sit in, because of the animosity going on.
Meeting is recorded on video. Many things get cleared up, many rumors and lies put to rest. elections are held, officers are chosen, results are posted on the board.
One of the things put out right away, the board will meet EVERY MONTH, before Delegate Assembly meetings. Time will be convenient for those that work, agenda will be published.
Notice is put out with the results to have all keys and seals turned over to an officer.
the former secretary tells, he turned the seal over to the former president, whom we were told turned them over to Roger...
I knock on his door to ask for the seals, his wife answers and starts to tell her husband that I am at the door, where he proceed like a raving madman yelling "GO AWAY, I'M CALLING THE POLICE!!!" he then tells his wife to call 911. I ask for the seal. and met with "I'M CALLING 911!"... so I wait for the police to arrive....half hour later, no police. So I go upstairs, talk with another Board officer then leave to run an errand. An hour later, while at Office Depot Parking lot, my phone starts to blow up with calls.
"Why are there police BANGING on your door?" "What is going on?" and from the other board officer I spoke with just before leaving "you must be special to have two cars here" referring to the two Sheriffs cars.
I told them I was on my way. I get home, no one is here. So I called the Sheriffs non emergency line and speak to the dispatcher and she asked if I would like an officer to come by, I said sure, maybe we could get this cleared up.
An officer knocks on my door, and I explain the situation, and what preceded all this. I asked for a report to be made to get it on record.
He spoke with Roger, who proceeded to lie to the officer. Made accusations that were untrue and denied having the seals.
Results so far: He wants the seals, he can have them. New ones are being made that will require a signature ON THE SEAL. Insurance, Banks, Mgnt Co, and lawyers all have been or will be notified that he has NO AUTHORITY to conduct ANY business for the condo association without the signature of at least TWO Officers.
Guess that is what they call making a bull into a steer.

This guy that you labeled "BOOBY-BOB," he is Rivera, right?
He is, without question, a NUT JOB. I saw him talking out loud and waving fingers at his motorcycle and his dog one day last week and I think he was looking for verbal responses from both.
By the way, that was the day he was parked in a handicapped spot at the clubhouse with no handicapped placard or HP plate. A security guard approached him and Rivera told him "KISS MY ASS."
I just don't get why this guy is so adamant about getting Dorothy Tetro. Did she accidently step on his dog's tail, or what?
Could it be that Rivera does what David Israel instructs him to do, or he won't be connected with the UCO Reporter any more? Or, maybe Ed Black gives the orders to Rivera.
I felt somewhat worried for that security guard because it is understood by many people that Rivera owns guns.

I speak to my dog, yes I do. It is called communication, and obviously with someone far more intelligent than the above writer. Parked in a handicapped spot, why yes I was. I am legally entitled. If the above bonehead knew anything about the ADA, he would've kept his piehole shut. Both my vehicles have disabled plates, get new glasses.

I told a Security Guard to kiss my ass? That is a new one.  Get hearing aids.

David Israel does not instruct me on any issue. I have come to him in the past for advice on one issue or another and he has always provided sound advice, whether or not I take it may be another issue. 

The only order I have ever received from Ed Black  is a reminder to shut off my computer when I leave the Reporter.

Here we go again...more lies about me. It's alright though. I know it is just one or two people making them up and signing in under different names to make it seem like there are more people. I don't worry about the lies. People that know me, know I have integrity. So go on with your lies, if you find someone to believe them without knowing who I am, then more power to you.
The people that really matter, know better. The ones that believe the drivel are just sheeple.

Edwardo has come out of hiding to defend his Lying Love. Of course he defends her lies with a few of his own. Glad to see him come out from behind her skirt, now if he says anything resembling intelligence, he might get a response, but as long as they insist on lies...

I tried to break this down to a level that a third grader could read. So,

Once again, let us review for the sake of Olga and her incompetent friends that do not know how to read.... look at the property detail.... you will see the address that they own...what is the sale date? oh, is it listed as APRIL 2013? Why yes it is... Let's now look at the Owners... it says Mills Tetro Dorothy and Ross Edwardo J... and what is the mailing address? oh look, it is 5298 Tiffany Anne Cir... Why that's not a Century Village address, is it? why no boys and girls, it is not a Century Village address.

Now boys and girls, if you go on the website and click on the little magnifying glass symbol on the Sales Information section, you will open up a whole new box that will show you how eddie had bought the property a long time ago, and if you click on Nov2012, you will see that he added Dorothy to his deed. Now click on the Dec2012 and you will see that Eddie took Dorothy off his deed. So from December 2012 until he put her BACK on in April 2013, Dorothy DID NOT OWN ANY PROPERTY in Century Village. Four months! So she did not qualify to be an officer. Period. Also during the same time, she was living in Cypress Lakes, voted in Cypress Lakes and it is her official mailing address. SHE DOES NOT QUALIFY TO BE AN OFFICER NOR TO RUN FOR ANY OFFICE IN UCO. Being an owner alone does not qualify a person for office. If she wants to run for office, I suggest she do it in Cypress Lakes WHERE SHE LIVES.

SICK OF THE LIES

I AM SICK OF THE LIES. Olga is claiming that I shouted that I hope she dies during the delegate assembly, Lies. nothing new from Olga. SHE is the one that wished me dead...
Mind you, I wouldn't shed a tear, but I wouldn't be so tasteless to say what she is claiming.
My mother taught me better than that. Olga, I suggest you get your hearing checked and look into getting some hearing aids. If that isn't the problem, then are you hearing voices all the time? Check with a Psychologist.
It is really shameful that she is getting so desperate that she has to make up lies to distract people from the type of person she is.
