I can't be the only one noticing that on "other" blogs when a blogger posts their propaganda and signs a different name. They try to make it look like there is more than one person making comments.
He may be fooling some, but if you just look at the name at the bottom where it says "posted by..." you see the true authors name.
Propaganda at it's best. Sorry if I "outed" your attempt at fooling the residents, but...the secret is out.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry for those that read that entry from the person claiming to be Dorothy. If you write on here, I would hope you would have the decency to use your own name and not claim to be someone else. As entertaining as it may be, I won't tolerate it. I would hope people will have some honor in their writing.

Are you sure of this, Bob? I've seen numerous examples of where a blog post (presumably, of course) by a certain person is POSTED by Dave Israel or (in the case of Olga's blog) by Gary Olman. Right now there's a blog post "by George Loewenstein" at the top of Olga's blog. It says posted by Gary Olman. Do you really mean George didn't write this? Many times in the past, I believe someone would send a post to Dave Israel, ask him to post it,and he would. I don't doubt this COULD be done, but you seem to be saying it's a given that whoever posted a blog wrote it.
ReplyDeleteIt may be possible, however, I seriously doubt that Dorothy would publish what would amount to be a confession of her living elsewhere and calling the residents of CV stupid. Someone used her name in a post. Unethical.

I understand Lanny, I just think it cowardly to make accusations and not be willing to stand up and show yourself. I may not agree withOlga 99.999% of the time, but at least she signs her name. For that I commend her. That is the only time you will see a compliment from me, but her cohorts are just cowards.
ReplyDeleteI have been pretty much quiet lately as you know. I gave my daughter away at her wedding and will be making my way back shortly. My apologies to meeting I have missed, but it could not be helped.
My family comes first.
