Once again, let me make comments on some of the ramblings of other posts: My comments in red.

In answer to your questions:

1. President select for the purpose of Century Village is a qualified person who was selected by a special group of talented, able and intelligent people to run for President of UCO. 

President-Select; a qualified person? What Qualifications? How many Committees was the "pres-select" on? How many UCO offices has the "pres-select" held? "selected by a special group...? The only thing special about the group may be special ed.

2. We feel the present residency rule in the bylaws is sufficient. 

The present residency rules sufficient? Then under the present rules, the Treasurer should have resigned Waaaaay back in February. Especially since she did not own any property in Century Village between December 2012 to April 2013. AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION, and STILL did not live in the Village. IT IS ALL IN BLACK AND WHITE IN THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S Website documents. 

When asked at the last Delegate Assembly Meeting where she lived, her reply was "define live". A CLEAR defiance of the by-laws and the TRUTH.
3. We are against Wi-Fi at this time simply because we do not have the money in our coffers to pay for it now. We want Wi-Fi in the future after it has been investigated thoroughly and we feel confident we have gotten the best system for our money. We do not want any rush job like the road paving fiasco. 

Against WIFI because we don't have the money? The purpose of the money for WIFI is to collect money to make it a reality. If collecting a couple bucks now to make it cheaper a little later, then that is like putting it on layaway or buying a car. You make payments to own it later. 

4. Yes, " DUMP DAVE" speaks for itself. We want a President who manages, not one who gets his jollies sitting at a computer all day.

You say you want a President that "manages" yet you complain that he micro manages... Make up your mind. You seem to know everything that goes on in his office, makes one wonder who the real "spy" (as you like to call him) REALLY is.

Did you bug his office, do you have hidden cameras in there? How would you know What he does all the time? Could it be that you are just a busy body without a life. Do you spend your life at the window checking on your neighbors? ARE YOU REALLY BEWITCH'S MRS KRAVITZ???? HMMMM makes you wonder....

Something a little different

I am going to do something a little different right now. I am taking direct quotes and responding to  the quotes. These are MY responses and hopefully you will see the lunacy of some of the comments being made. My responses are in red.

The laws as they pertain to the village? What about the residency by-laws. Dorothy Mills Tetro, the treasurer, does not live in the village, and has not "owned" Property here for almost 5 months of the past 12 months. She sold her unit, bought a nice property in Cypress Lakes with her "friend". 

Her supporters have accused and questioned Dave Israel and Ed Black's purchase of cars during their terms, but has anyone questioned the purchase of expensive property? I am not accusing anyone of any thing, just pointing out that the opposition makes unsubstantiated accusations, and yet, things could be turned around very easily.  
Also, as stated in the current by-law: All Officers of UCO must be members of UCO, and be domiciled and reside in Century Village, West Palm Beach, Florida, for a period of not less than nine (9) months of each year in which they serve. A Delegate may not serve on the Delegate Assembly and as an officer at the same time. Upon becoming an officer, a sitting Delegate must immediately resign from the Delegate Assembly.

The duties and the responsibilities of the President must be recognized as an awesome and fearsome burden and accepted as such by the President and any others who serve and/or volunteer for UCO. They must all acknowledge that they are there to serve the community as a whole and not themselves in particular nor any single interest group.

 Yes Esther, I agree, it must be recognized, and the first ones that need to recognize it is your supporters, as Dave Israel is a hard working volunteer, elected to a thankless job, and has to deal with a lot of ridiculous complaints from people that just do not like him or his personality, so they make accusations, file lawsuits and try to interfere with the daily functions of UCO.

The fact that for the first time in village history Could not pay its bills 

When exactly was the village not paying it's bills? This is an imaginary accusation. I have never seen a treasurers report (provided at EVERY Delegate Assembly Meeting) showing a zero or negative balance. This would also put to rest the "Bankruptcy" comments by Olga, Jerry and Ed).

The Illustrious One tells us that 92%(?) of those surveyed wanted a Village wide Wi-Fi. so lets look at the numbers. First off the survey got 1500 responses back out of a possible 7500 units and way South of the 15,000 residents that live here.

  So Mr. Israel says that his number is 92%. 92% of what? 92% of the surveyed number is like  1300 returns. That number is less that 20% of the actual unit holders. So who wants Wi-Fi?  80% who did not survey?

 Gary, you actually answer your own statement. The survey was passed out and of those that RESPONDED, 92% wanted it. It kinda works like a Gallup Poll. If you don't respond, it's not factored in. Everyone was given the opportunity to respond.

All but the deductible will be paid by the insurance company and should the suit be won by the plaintiffs, since these are going forward as class suits –

Yes, the Insurance company would pay, but how much is the deductible that WE have to pay? One thousand? two? five? That is OUR money. And would the premiums go up? Of Course they will. Ridiculously so. So who is the winner? Not us. We wind up paying MORE to cover the increase in Insurance payments.

Again, have not seen anything in the Treasurers report to back this up. Exactly where did these funds disappear from? Is this just another imaginary issue? If funds are disappearing, then by all means, get someone to investigate everyone that handles funds... hmmm who handles money? Again, not making accusations, just asking a question.

Vestal - should step down from the Co-Editor's position, as long as she remains an officer of UCO, so that The Reporter is not in any way influenced by the master of control. Better yet, -- she loves the Co-Editor's job so much that she should resign as an officer of UCO

Eddie my BOY, once again you manage to speak from an orifice not meant for speech but does produce wind and without any first hand knowledge of how things are done in the Reporter. Joy Vestal has something you need to get. Integrity. She has repeatedly sought both sides of an issue when writing a story. When she does an Editorial, it is just that, an editorial. Her opinion. THAT is what an editorial is. Obviously you have no idea how a newspaper is run, it's format nor it's function. My suggestion to you is to stick to what you know best, which is lie. Better yet, why don't you move into the village and run for office rather than just complain? Put your money where your mouth is or shut it. Have a nice day.

That is the disclaimer on that other blog.... Some disclaimer. It is in itself a lie. I presented an opposing veiw and was banned. Was not extreme, nor any more offensive than anyone on there. How can she call for Joy Vestal's resignation from office, when she has done nothing to warrant such action. She lives in the village year round and doesn't have her summer home a mile up the road. 
She did not sell her condo to buy somewhere else with her boyfriend. She didn't have her boyfriend put her name on his property, then a month later take it off. Only to put it back on almost five months later. Joy does her job as editor with integrity. Look that word up Olga and friends. 
As an officer, she votes as she feels she needs to for the sake of the village. 

They call for Joy's resignation but want to keep Dorothy Tetro in office. Does not make any sense. Joy did not violate any bylaw, Dorothy did. I have repeatedly pointed out the facts right on the Internet site for the county. It is right there. Tetro did not own property in century village at all for over four months. Now if you take away the first four monts of the year, there is absolutely no way you can squeeze the nine months required for residency into this year....fact!

The malcontents can say what they want, but they are just that, malcontents. As long as any idea has Israel's signature on the bottom, they will consider it a bad idea. Thank God Dave didn't invent penicillin or the cure for polio.  

I have been called some nasty things on her blog. I have been call a racist, an a..hole, and a few other choice words, well at times I may be an a..hole, especially when the ignorance some of these people spread is just because of their hate of one person, it's just ridiculous. As for me being a racist, that is totally laughable, only showing the ignorance of the ones making the statement. They don't know me, and I challenge anyone to prove it.

According to Olga, Freedom of speech has to fit a certain "profile". She Banned me from Gary's blog. Gee Gary, I didn't know she had so much power over you. Kinda emasculating huh?

You're probably used to it, if not, get used to it.  I 'll let that be for now.
She complains about freedom of speech, not being able to post on Dave's blog, but since he won't post on her and Gary's blog she must exert some sort of power and expel anyone that speaks against her. Of course Gary complies with mistress Olga's demands. It doesn't matter OLGA, your boy has been banning anything I had to say ANYWAY. I posted four or five other comments that were never published. No bad language, nothing worst than the crap you spew, not even close. But it is fine, yes, I do have my own blog...

Poor Misguided Olga

Is she running out of people to pick on? Now Olga is attacking one of the best Editors the UCO Reporter has ever seen. Just because she ran and won as an officer of UCO, does that mean that the Editor, that does a great job and is THE MOST EXPERIENCED person available should give up the job? WHY? She still lives here. She worked in NEWSDAY. Her knowledge and experience are so valuable to the paper and the village.
She manages to be open to all sides of a story or issue.
She was the Co-Editor prior to becoming a Secretary. She is the most respectable, knowledgeable and has the most integrity of anyone I know.
Olga, who doesn't hold any of the same qualities, probably wants her job in order to spread her brand of propaganda. More of the OLGA school of propaganda tactics.
Conflict of Interests? What about a Treasurer that doesn't live here, isn't that a conflict of interests? Be Realistic. Get off that cloud, stop looking down on everyone and start looking AT them.
Are you running for office again? Must be. The only thing you can do is run your mouth, I haven't seen you do anything constructive FOR the village. So in conclusion, I say, if you don't have a clue, then SHUDDUPA YOU MOUTH!!!!

Like the frivolous lawsuits that get tossed around throughtout UCO, we are going at it once again...OLGA and her term limit Bull droppings.

First complain about something that may happen, then do it!

This is the ad I placed on Craigslist in an attempt to collect donations for people in the village that can not afford to get a laptop or computer. Don't be confused.

Gary O and team are trying to confuse the issue of WIFI.
Their latest attempt to confuse residents by saying that the WIFI will increase to $5 instead of $3 is just plain dumb.
WIFI which was currently at $2, was to go to $3, an increase of only $1. Not $3 attached to the $2.
It is a simple thing, don't let them confuse the issue further. That is the intent. If they can confuse people, then they will vote against it.
Did these people study Propaganda 101 on the communist party lecture circuit?

Candidate, not select

Once again the propaganda machine is hard at work. Calling Esther the Presidential Select, when in fact all she is nothing but a candidate at this point. She has been selected for nothing as of yet, she has no committee service, She so far is nothing but  a puppet for a group of people that want her to run so they can try to control her if she manages to get elected. I honestly hope that should she manage to get elected, she will see that her puppet-masters will try to get her to do things that will ruin CV.
I am currently not too pleased with what she has been saying, but of course, I believe her strings are being pulled ever so carefully, that she doesn't see it just yet.
Cut your strings Esther. Come into the light. See the brightness of a future without people that want to keep you in the 19th Century.
The 21st Century arrived 13 years ago... isn't it time to get caught up?

Lived here ten years?

Okay, now Esther is saying she's lived here for ten years, I can not dispute that, although in a current meeting she did say two, but that is neither here nor there. Fact is, she states she's lived here ten years, and NOW wants to be the president. TEN YEARS and never been on a single committee, has never run for any office, and really has no idea of how to run UCO. Sure, she can get the advice of her friends, Olga, Ed, and Mr. "Don't take my picture" Jerry. They are such good examples. They accused me of disrupting their little meeting when in fact I was there to take pictures for the Reporter. They're little hissie-fit about someone taking pictures for a newspaper was seriously out of order. IT WAS PUBLICIZED AS A PUBLIC MEETING on THEIR OWN BLOG!!!! of course that has been removed now, but it matters not.

FACT: The United States Bill of Rights, Ratified on December 15, 1791 states:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OR OF THE PRESS. or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

My rights were violated this morning.

For Ed Grossman to suggest that I take pictures using HIS camera "so we have control" is not only ridiculous, it is un-American. This is not Nazi Germany, This is not Communist Russia or Cuba. This is AMERICA. No one has to right to control what pictures I take, nor of whom.

Jerry was up at the stage making faces, smirking and pointing at me like a 6 year old. Well they say you revert to your childhood when you get older... you looked silly Jerry.

Surprisingly, the only one NOT saying anything about my photography was the one I thought would be the most vocal. Olga, I salute your restraint at what I am sure you knew was wrong. (did I just say that?)

You get up to speak, you get your picture taken. Whether or not it gets used in the paper is up to me and my editors. It is one of those freedoms many gave their lives for.
News is news, and if you are part of the news, then so be it.

Esther, during her official announcement to seek the office of President of UCO, mentioned serving as her condo president and being the "chairman of the English Department" and "16 years as principal" at her school in Queens.  According to ratemyteachers.com/esther-sutofsky/232039-tshe has 5 ratings of 80% or higher and 2 of just 20%.  can't please everybody, not even at Solomon Schechter School of Queens which By the way, it has her listed as a counselor. But she did say she worked at another school, maybe she was principal there.

I did love Esther's comment, and I quote "I don't think UCO committees are worth anything. They accomplish a nice round..."(and she made a zero with her hand).
But to be fair, she did attempt to take it back after she realized what she had said... too late for those that were listening. Now we know why she has never served on any committees. This is a MAJOR insult to all the hard working people that work on these committees. (my opinion).

It is so amazing as well as amusing how during a Delegate Assembly meeting, Ed Grossman, Jerry Karpf, Olga Wolkenstein and Myron Solomon can go and make all sorts of disturbances with their theatrics and not think they are causing a disturbance, and yet my mere presence was considered a disturbance.

I went to the meeting to do a job, voice my questions and hoped to hear an answer that would make sense. Nope, didn't happen. I am called a trojan horse, being called out as being disruptive, and I didn't even have to raise my voice. Wow.   Let's see how it goes in the morning.
By the way, don't want your picture taken? Turn your head, or wear your make-up.
All this fuss about my taking pictures is just personal issues that don't concern me. You don't like me, so you don't me taking your picture. Shame. If it's Howie or Ken it's okay. But me, oh that's not kosher.

That other blog changes it's policy/heading

In case you haven't looked at the "other" blog in a while, they've changed the heading on it. Gone are the comments of being uncensored, which we know not to have been true, enter the "Dump Dave Movement, the support of Esther for president" (Even though she has literally done NOTHING as yet) and announce they are against the residency rule, which so happens to already be on the books as a bylaw. The change in the bylaw adds another form of proof required for residency. Of course they want to have WIFI removed also.

Now shall we just touch on a couple of things?   Why not.
Let us begin with the Dump Dave movement as they are calling it now. This is nothing new. Plain and simple, they don't like Dave, they want to get rid of him. Personality conflicts. We have them all over the village and always will. He gets the job done, they don't like how he does his job. simple. 

WIFI. A good thing for the community as a whole. Even the opposition will tell you that. But they don't want it now. Why? the most obvious answer would be, because Dave wants it so he can spy on us. Now tell me, does that sound stupid or what? A little paranoia going on here? YEP. What big secrets is anyone in Century Village keeping? Do we have a secret cell of terrorist living among us? Are they planning on bombing the Nationally treasured clubhouse and it's secret vault hiding Capone's secret stash? I think not. Yes there may be some that don't have computers, but they have TV's, Phones, some have LifeAlert type buttons, Smartphones, Tablets, many reasons to have WIFI.
Decide you want to sell? WIFI is a good selling point. Kids coming to town with grand kids? One of the first things out of their mouths is How do I get the wifi here?
Skype. If you don't know what it is, you should find out. you can use it on your laptop, desktop computer, some TVs tablets and smartphones. You can talk to your family members and see them. and this is free. It's like having a small visit from your kids.
(psssst...by the way...it's "initiative")

Esther Sutofsky. I do not know her personally, I have seen her speak twice, and have to admit, sounds like an intelligent woman when speaking. Not as much when she writes. Be that as it may, She says she has been here roughly two years, about the same as I.
But what has she done FOR this community that makes her think she is qualified to run for president? She may have been a teacher or principal but that has nothing to do with Century Village. She has done NOTHING. yeah, she is president of her association, or as I hear it she and her husband are co-presidents, and please correct me if I am wrong on that matter. She is not a member of any committee, she has not run for any previous office. She is the new kid on the block and her "friends" are telling her to run, so she throws her hat in. I say good luck. good luck to her, good luck to everyone that votes for her and good luck to the village if she wins. 

Our Faux Treasurer Dorothy Tetro. As previously posted, I showed proof that she is not domiciled in Century Village, I even went by her boyfriends place he owns in the village that put her on the deed, removed a month later and put back on three months later. Guess what? NO one there. I encourage everyone to just drive by and see for yourselves. Go at different times of day or night. Look at the public records in the county appraisers office.  She has on more than one occasion told me not to take pictures of her when I was taking photos for the Reporter. however if another person was there in the same capacity, he was not asked to stop. My only answer to this is; if you are in office, you are a public character and as such have no right to prevent my duties as a photographer for either the newspaper nor myself. you can ask, but I do not have to comply. It is called freedom of the press. And that goes for anyone else.
