That other blog changes it's policy/heading

In case you haven't looked at the "other" blog in a while, they've changed the heading on it. Gone are the comments of being uncensored, which we know not to have been true, enter the "Dump Dave Movement, the support of Esther for president" (Even though she has literally done NOTHING as yet) and announce they are against the residency rule, which so happens to already be on the books as a bylaw. The change in the bylaw adds another form of proof required for residency. Of course they want to have WIFI removed also.
Here is their new Heading:

**This blog is about Life and Times in Century Village, West Palm Beach. A Gated Retirement Community. We discuss all things of interest to Century Villagers. The coming Elections, the Dump Dave movement, the Latest thinking on the Wi-Fi imitative. **This Blog Supports Esther Sutofsky for UCO President** WE are against the thoughtless Residency rule - ...

Now shall we just touch on a couple of things?   Why not.
Let us begin with the Dump Dave movement as they are calling it now. This is nothing new. Plain and simple, they don't like Dave, they want to get rid of him. Personality conflicts. We have them all over the village and always will. He gets the job done, they don't like how he does his job. simple.

WIFI. A good thing for the community as a whole. Even the opposition will tell you that. But they don't want it now. Why? the most obvious answer would be, because Dave wants it so he can spy on us. Now tell me, does that sound stupid or what? A little paranoia going on here? YEP. What big secrets is anyone in Century Village keeping? Do we have a secret cell of terrorist living among us? Are they planning on bombing the Nationally treasured clubhouse and it's secret vault hiding Capone's secret stash? I think not. Yes there may be some that don't have computers, but they have TV's, Phones, some have LifeAlert type buttons, Smartphones, Tablets, many reasons to have WIFI.
Decide you want to sell? WIFI is a good selling point. Kids coming to town with grand kids? One of the first things out of their mouths is How do I get the wifi here?
Skype. If you don't know what it is, you should find out. you can use it on your laptop, desktop computer, some TVs tablets and smartphones. You can talk to your family members and see them. and this is free. It's like having a small visit from your kids.
(psssst...by the way...it's "initiative")

Esther Sutofsky. I do not know her personally, I have seen her speak twice, and have to admit, sounds like an intelligent woman when speaking. Not as much when she writes. Be that as it may, She says she has been here roughly two years, about the same as I.
But what has she done FOR this community that makes her think she is qualified to run for president? She may have been a teacher or principal but that has nothing to do with Century Village. She has done NOTHING. yeah, she is president of her association, or as I hear it she and her husband are co-presidents, and please correct me if I am wrong on that matter. She is not a member of any committee, she has not run for any previous office. She is the new kid on the block and her "friends" are telling her to run, so she throws her hat in. I say good luck. good luck to her, good luck to everyone that votes for her and good luck to the village if she wins.

Our Faux Treasurer Dorothy Tetro. As previously posted, I showed proof that she is not domiciled in Century Village, I even went by her boyfriends place he owns in the village that put her on the deed, removed a month later and put back on three months later. Guess what? NO one there. I encourage everyone to just drive by and see for yourselves. Go at different times of day or night. Look at the public records in the county appraisers office.  She has on more than one occasion told me not to take pictures of her when I was taking photos for the Reporter. however if another person was there in the same capacity, he was not asked to stop. My only answer to this is; if you are in office, you are a public character and as such have no right to prevent my duties as a photographer for either the newspaper nor myself. you can ask, but I do not have to comply. It is called freedom of the press. And that goes for anyone else.
See ya'll around.

  1. Their so-called no censorship policy has changed to an idiotic mission statement. They claimed to not censor postings, but that is SO untrue. I have posted three or four comments and none have made it to the blog. It is nothing but a HYPOCRITE Network. Gary calls me angry, yes Gary, I am angry. I am angry every time I go to a delegate meeting, or some committee meeting and it is completely disrupted by the same hypocrites that call me disruptive for trying to take photos for the Reporter. Their childish behavior in meetings. Jerry's infantile gestures at the Bitch about the Village Club.
Their longest winded propagandist (other than Olga) most likely doesn't live in Century Village, but knows EVERYTHING about nothing. Of course I speak of none other than the faux hispanic Edwardo. Is he, or isn't he? Nah....just a wannabe. (We know you don't have any rhythm Shoeshine.) He thinks salsa is only what you dip chips in.
Enough of this....got it out of my system for tonight. Let's move on to serious matters.
Here we go again... Olga is trying to bring back term limits again... what's this? The third time? Well, hopefully If gets voted down again, her head will be in an upright position so she can see the vote...again.
And maybe, God willing, she will just learn to shut up. Hey, miracles do happen...
