Is Renting now a crime in the village?

Six questions, six times the name David appears. Looks like an obsession. Each question beginning with "What do you think about David..."
Olga's obsession has been out of hand for a long time now. Her threats, her actions, her demeanor, her ravings show the ramblings of a sick mind. Now she attacks another VOLUNTEER who's "crime" is being a renter. How small can she get? Now she is saying that a renter has no right to work in UCO? Obviously she needs to learn to read.
Renters have rights too. If they are renting, they have the rights to all common grounds.
She would turn away a qualified volunteer?  IS THIS WHAT WE SHOULD EXPECT IF SHE EVER GETS IN OFFICE? Then I not only say no, I say HELL NO! Keep OLGA out of office.
It's bad enough that she and her friends disrupt Delegate Assembly Meeting on a regular basis, must we have to listen to her insensate rambling throughout EVERY  meeting, committee and during daily business at UCO? She obviously thinks that she is the only person in the village that knows anything. When she awakens from her dreamworld, she is in for one hell of a surprise. She doesn't know everything except how to be a narcissist.
If she gets her way, the only people in UCO will be her small group of "friends" that are after putting the village back into the sixties.

  1. Narcissistic Personality Disorder Symptoms
    By PSYCH CENTRAL STAFF

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is characterized by a long-standing pattern of grandiosity (either in fantasy or actual behavior), an overwhelming need for admiration, and usually a complete lack of empathy toward others. People with this disorder often believe they are of primary importance in everybody’s life or to anyone they meet. While this pattern of behavior may be appropriate for a king in 16th Century England, it is generally considered inappropriate for most ordinary people today.

People with narcissistic personality disorder often display snobbish, disdainful, or patronizing attitudes. For example, an individual with this disorder may complain about a clumsy waiter’s “rudeness” or “stupidity” or conclude a medical evaluation with a condescending evaluation of the physician.

In laypeople terms, someone with this disorder may be described simply as a “narcissist” or as someone with “narcissism.” Both of these terms generally refer to someone with narcissistic personality disorder.

    Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder
In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:

Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
Believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
    Requires excessive admiration
Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
Lacks empathy, e.g., is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her
Regularly shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

    Sound Familiar?

  2. Dear Bob,
It's so nice to know that you have the knowledge to look up narcissism in the dictionary. I realize it's difficult for you to use your own brain simply because you do not have one. By the way, since you are so familiar with the psyche , are you a patient?
I noticed that you never comment on any REAL issues - all you do is call Olga Names. Are you secretly in love with her and maybe she scorned you and you hate her for it. Or is it because she tried to save the vets from getting killed because she was a war protester. Maybe you have a secret desire to die. Which is it?
By the way, if there is a person on this earth, so far from being a narcissist, it's Olga
Why don't you quit being so dumb?

  3. Jean, if that is in fact your name, My familiarity with medical and psych issues come from a few years of my twenty in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. So I do have some knowledge. Someone doesn't claim to want to save vets from getting killed in war then tell one "you should've died in the war!"
Secretly in love, no, I have much better taste than that. Your ignorance really shows when you say I do not comment on real issues. When you learn to read, feel free to read through the blogs and you may notice just how wrong you are. Read her answer in the Reporter... I want, I want, I want. Everything is "I want..."
Of all the candidates, she is the only one saying she wants. She wants and everyone else is wrong. For her to say stupid things criticizing a qualified volunteer JUST because the person is a renter totally shows not only her ignorance of volunteerism, but show become obvious that she is NOT good for UCO or this village. Her way of trying to do things seems to be to sue or disrupt meetings when she does not get her way.
Her actions in the Reporter office on the day she made her distasteful remarks, which by the way was witnessed by many, have put her on my "shitlist" (pardon my language) and she will remain there until she apologizes in front of the Delegate Assembly. Until then, she is fair game.
Jean, you are quick to her defense, are you her lover? Is there a hint of uncalled for jealousy? You have nothing to worry about. I like 'em younger and pretty.
Oh, by the way, Merry Christmas.
